Job Title: Registered Nurse (DHA/DOH Licensed) – Homecare

Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE

Salary: AED 9,000 – 10,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses with DHA or DOH licenses to join our team. This role involves providing home-based and home-visit nursing care on a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring personalized and professional service in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days per Week
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 250 Hours per Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in a homecare setting.
• Monitor and assess patient health conditions and record accurate reports.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide patient and family education on ongoing care and health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid DHA or DOH Registered Nurse License (company will support license swap if required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (homecare experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable.
