Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the homecare industry
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to healthcare professionals and potential clients
- Manage key accounts by providing personalized service, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and outreach efforts
- Deliver engaging product demos that highlight features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using organizational skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on healthcare products or services
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build trust and rapport with clients
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a proactive approach to customer engagement
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively while explaining technical features clearly
- Leadership qualities to guide clients through complex purchasing decisions and foster long-term relationships
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for strategic planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, or pharmaceutical industry standards is a plus
