Homehealth Physical Therapy Assistant - Chicago, IL

Our company, Evolve Healthcare LLC is currently seeking for licensed Physical Therapy Assistants to perform treatment of referred patients evaluated by the Physical Therapist in and around Chicago area and nearby suburbs

Salary:

$45.00 to $55.00 /visit

Experience:

1-2 years experience in homehealth setting preferred

Requirements:

• Physical therapy license in the State of Illinois
• CPR certificate (classroom)
• Valid drivers license
• Recent Physical exam and TB Test
• Experience with Therapy Boss and Kinnser EMR an advantage
