Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homemaker to provide essential support and care within our long-term care facility. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of individuals who require assistance with daily activities. As a Homemaker, you will play a key part in creating a nurturing environment, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life for those you serve. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Weekend rotation required/shared amongst homemakers (currently every 3rd weekend)

Duties

• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a clean/safe living environment

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families
