Homeroom Teacher

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Elementary Homeroom Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and student-centered classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school curriculum
• Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science (as applicable)
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote positive discipline
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions
• Prepare reports and provide regular feedback to parents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching qualification/license (preferred) for ex; PGCE.
• Proven experience teaching at the elementary level
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning
