Already homeschooling your kids? Turn your home into a thriving microschool Pod — and get paid for it.

Sunny Microschools is looking for experienced homeschool parents to lead small, home-based learning Pods in their communities. You'll guide a group of 5-10 students through their school day using curriculum designed and supported by our certified teachers. If you're already doing this for your own children, you're halfway there.

What You'll Do:

• Host a small group of students (K-12) in your home Monday through Thursday
• Facilitate daily learning activities using curriculum provided by our certified teaching team
• Give virtual tours to prospective families so they can see your Pod in action
• Host playdates for new families so kids (and parents) can experience the environment before committing
• Build genuine relationships with students and families
• Communicate student progress and observations to our curriculum team
• Create a warm, structured, values-driven environment for kids to learn and grow

What We Handle:

• All curriculum design and lesson planning (created by certified teachers)
• Student enrollment and family onboarding
• Step Up scholarship administration — no tuition collection headaches
• Ongoing support from our education team
• Marketing and lead generation to fill your Pod

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Are currently homeschooling (or have recently homeschooled) your own children
• Love working with kids and creating a positive learning environment
• Have space in your home for a small group
• Are comfortable on camera and welcoming new families into your space
• Are organized, reliable, and comfortable with a Monday-Thursday schedule
• Value individualized education and want to make it accessible to more families

No teaching certificate required. Our certified teachers handle the curriculum. You bring the heart, the home, and the daily connection with kids.

Compensation: Per-student monthly rate. Your Pod fills through our enrollment team — you focus on the kids.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
