Job Title: Home Teacher – Pre-Primary

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Home Teacher for Pre-Primary students who can provide individualized support, ensure a safe learning environment, and engage young learners through interactive and age-appropriate teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons for early learners following pre-primary learning standards.
* Support the child’s development in **literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social skills
* Plan and conduct interactive activities such as storytelling, phonics, art & craft, and basic concept-building exercises.
* Create a positive, caring, and safe learning atmosphere at home.
* Monitor and assess the child’s progress regularly and update parents accordingly.
* Encourage good manners, discipline, and independent learning habits.
* Prepare simple learning materials and ensure a structured daily routine.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Coordinate with parents to customize learning based on the child’s needs.

Requirements:
* Minimum Graduate (Early Childhood Education preferred).
* Prior experience teaching pre-primary or working with young children (mandatory).
* Strong communication skills and patience with young learners.
* Knowledge of early childhood teaching methods and activity-based learning.
* Pleasant personality with a nurturing and responsible attitude.

Preferred Qualities:
* Certification/Diploma in Montessori or Early Childhood Education.
* Ability to engage children creatively through play-based learning.
