Honda Experienced Journeyman Automotive Technician

Now hiring: Honda Automotive Technician (Excellent Pay + Comprehensive Benefits). Motor Werks is seeking a skilled, experienced Honda Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address potential safety or performance concerns.
- Complete complex repairs and replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repair recommendations and estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow dealership policies and procedures.
- Stay current on Honda technical bulletins and training to remain proficient with the latest technology.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Honda experience preferred).
- ASE certification and/or equivalent technical training strongly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability, including complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Proficiency with Honda diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to top-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
