Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble hookah setups with precision, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and visually appealing
• Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing detailed explanations of different flavors, techniques, and accessories to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas related to hookah preparation and service, adhering to food safety regulations
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
• Restock supplies such as charcoal, flavored tobacco, hoses, and accessories to ensure seamless service during peak hours
• Educate guests on proper hookah usage and safety guidelines to promote responsible enjoyment
• Assist with general food and beverage service when needed, supporting the overall hospitality experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments, preferably with banquet or catering experience
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards within the food industry
• Experience working as a server or bartender in restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Familiarity with hospitality operations such as serving, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous barista or beverage preparation experience is a plus but not required
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
