Role Description

The HORECA Customers Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing Kafy’s portfolio of HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes, kitchens ) customers. Key tasks include identifying and acquiring potential clients, building strong business relationships, implementing strategic growth plans, and leveraging growth hacking techniques to expand the customer base. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Growth acquiring skills, with a proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting market data and identifying opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Project Management to ensure alignment and timely execution of strategies
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the HORECA industry or B2B supply chain management is a significant advantage
• experience with HORECA procurement and suppliers in Qatar market
