Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HORECA Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in HORECA sales within the UAE, with an existing network of hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing new business, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales within the UAE HORECA sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on orders, inquiries, and issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of UAE HORECA sales experience (mandatory).
  • Strong network of contacts within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required as needed).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
