Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced horticulture professional to join our team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role focused on maintaining and enhancing high-end properties to exceptional standards.

This is fine gardening and horticulture work only — not mow-and-blow landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain seasonal planting designs and color rotations
• Perform detailed pruning, planting, and plant care
• Diagnose and manage pest and disease issues
• Manage irrigation and fertilization programs
• Maintain consistently high presentation standards across properties

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional horticulture experience required
• Strong plant identification and horticultural knowledge
• Experience in residential or commercial landscape maintenance
• Proficiency with professional tools and equipment
• Self-motivated; works independently and on a team with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Daily physical activity including bending, walking, lifting, and climbing
