Horticulture- Landscape Maintenance & Property Care Sales/Team Lead:

Busy, top rated Nursery & Landscape firm seeks experienced salesperson and horticulturist to bid new jobs, assist customers in the landscape with maintenance needs – including fine gardening: pruning, mulching, garden care, electric mowing & total property care. Applicants MUST have prior experience and a proven record in both sales & landscaping/horticulture. You must have good working knowledge of best landscape practices and plant material. Applicants should also have experience managing crews in the landscape.

Duties:

Daily customer service

Selling & Bidding jobs – determine what the customers’ landscape needs to thrive while meeting the lifestyle expectations of the client.

Mowing- Applicant will oversee mowing crews. All equipment is electric. This includes Mowers, Blowers & Trimmers.

Invoicing

Site Visits

Assisting Department Manager in day-to-day operations

Managing your own team(s) as you grow your book of business

Tagging Plant Material

Job site Logistics

Applicants Should Have or Be:

A self-starter and able to operate independently

A people person

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

Organized

Prior experience in sales with a proven record

Prior experience in the landscape – you should have a good working knowledge of best landscape practices including mowing, pruning and planting

Must have a clean driver’s license and transportation to and from work.

Ability to drive heavy trucks, machinery is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
