Hospice Aide/CNA

Heart of Texas Hospice is in need of a Hospice Aide/CNA to join our team! Working on a full-time basis, the Hospice Aide provides personal care of the terminally ill patient and performs related tasks in the patient's home according to the patient's Plan of Care.

Responsibilities:

• Performing personal care needs after given a patient's assignment and attending to his/her requests promptly.
• Meeting the safety needs of a patient and using equipment safely and properly.
• Giving personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as assigned.

Qualifications:

• CNA in Texas
• Previous Hospice experience preferred
