Immediate Opening – Phoenix Metro Area

Compensation Structure

• Competitive base salary: $65,000 annually
• Performance bonuses with $120K–$130K+ total earning potential

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hospice marketing experience
• Documented track record of 5+ monthly admissions
• Verification of past performance (W-2/1099 or equivalent)
• Established facility relationships in the Phoenix metro preferred
• Bilingual Spanish strongly valued

Performance Expectations

• 30-day probationary period with clear, measurable metrics
• Minimum 4 admissions monthly required to maintain position
• 6+ admissions per month unlocks bonus eligibility
• 8+ admissions per month achieves top bonus tier ($120K+ annually)

Expansion Territory

We are actively expanding into Central Phoenix and the West Valley, building on our strong East Valley presence. This role offers the opportunity to lead growth in these key markets with full company support.
