Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Liaison to serve as a key point of contact between our organization and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with a proven track record in account management and sales. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage relationships.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage accounts by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for outside sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, of related fields.
  • Strong background in healthcare sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
