Duties
- Develop comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns that promote hospice services through digital platforms, print advertising, community events, and partnerships.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Google AdWords campaigns, Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation tools to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content tailored for various audiences, utilizing copywriting skills to craft compelling messages for websites, social media posts, newsletters, and print materials.
- Oversee website management using WordPress and basic HTML editing to ensure content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Conduct research on target demographics, competitors, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for outreach.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure success, generate reports, and adjust tactics accordingly for maximum impact.
- Build strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources to enhance brand awareness and foster collaborative opportunities.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying potential partners or sponsors interested in supporting hospice-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals while managing budgets effectively for campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress platform management, HTML basics, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies as well as consumer-focused outreach techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Ability to develop engaging copywriting tailored to diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords with a focus on measurable results.
- Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
