About Us
Enexia Pharmacy Group is a specialty pharmacy partnering with hospice agencies to deliver reliable, cost-effective medication management for end-of-life care. We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced hospice pharmacy professional to expand our network of hospice partners across the country.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Hospice Pharmacy/PBM Sales Representative to identify, engage, and onboard hospice agencies as new pharmacy partners. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who already knows the hospice pharmacy space inside and out — the PBMs, the pharmacies, the agencies, and the people who run them. If you have built a career around hospice medication management and have a network you can pick up the phone and call, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new hospice agency partnerships
- Leverage your existing relationships across hospice agencies, and pharmacy networks to generate pipeline
- Lead the full onboarding process for new hospice clients — from first conversation through go-live
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for hospice administrators, directors of nursing, and clinical leadership during the sales and onboarding process
- Educate prospective partners on our pharmacy services, formulary, technology, and cost-savings model
- Coordinate cross-functionally with our pharmacy operations, billing, and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting to leadership
- Represent at hospice industry conferences, association events, and regional meetings
