Bethany is seeking a full-time RN Hospice Case Manager to join our team. The RN makes visits to our patients in the local community, manages the hospice plan of care and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of nursing experience. We offer a generous salary and benefits package.

Requirements:

RN License in PA
At least one year of nursing experience, hospice experience is a plus
Vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance
Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill (we can help you with this one!)
Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
Satisfactory criminal background check
Presentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state law
Demonstrate good nursing judgement and excellent observation and communication skills
Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania
