Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hospice Sales Community Liaison to join our compassionate team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our hospice services within the community, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to promote hospice services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational presentations to showcase hospice offerings and benefits.
- Negotiate agreements and coordinate with external partners to facilitate patient referrals and service delivery.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized service tailored to each partner's needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos and informational sessions that highlight the value of hospice care solutions.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify new business opportunities, track outreach efforts, and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing communication.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on outside sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in product demos, technical sales, or healthcare-related sales environments.
- Leadership qualities that inspire trust and foster collaborative relationships within the community.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for presentations and reporting purposes.
- Analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
