Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hospital Administrator cum Marketing Manager to oversee daily hospital operations and drive marketing activities. The ideal candidate will manage administrative workflows, ensure efficient patient services, and implement marketing strategies to enhance hospital visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, administration, and staff coordination
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and maintain service quality
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievance resolution
• Manage hospital compliance, documentation, and operational policies
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and referral partners
• Increase patient footfall through digital, field, and referral marketing
• Monitor marketing performance and submit regular reports to management
• Support management in strategic planning and process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Marketing (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in hospital administration and/or healthcare marketing
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Knowledge of hospital operations, patient handling, and compliance
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities effectively
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
