Job Title: Hospital Management & Business Development Manager

Age Preference: 40 to 50 Years
Experience Required: upto 10 Years in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management

Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Management

• Oversee complete hospital operations including OPD, IPD, Nursing, Pharmacy, Billing, and Admin.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments.
• Maintain NABH / quality standards and hospital protocols.
• Handle staff management, duty rosters, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for efficient patient care.
• Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
• Handle patient grievance and ensure high patient satisfaction.

Business Development

• Develop strategies to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
• Build relationships with local doctors, clinics, corporates, and TPAs.
• Plan health camps, corporate tie-ups, and referral networks.
• Promote hospital services in the local market.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of hospital billing, TPA process, and medical terminology.
• Ability to manage teams and handle pressure situations.
• Good networking and marketing skills in healthcare sector.

Qualification

• MBBS?BAMS?BUMS or MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management preferred.
• Graduate with relevant hospital administration experience can also apply.
• Mature, responsible, and result-oriented professional.
• Experience in handling mid-size or multi-specialty hospital.
• Strong local network in healthcare industry.
