Job Title: Hospital Billing & Administrative Executive
(Corporate / Cash / TPA Billing & Patient Coordination)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual who can handle hospital billing operations (Corporate, Cash, TPA, Insurance), understand the internal workflow of a hospital, and gradually take on patient counseling and management coordination responsibilities.
This role is not limited to billing. The selected candidate will be groomed to become an integral part of hospital operations and management support.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Financial Operations
- Preparation of Cash, Corporate, TPA & Insurance bills
- Coordination with TPAs for approvals, queries, and documentation
- Ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with hospital policies
- Managing discharge billing process smoothly and professionally
- Maintaining proper billing records and reconciliation
Hospital Workflow Understanding
- Learning hospital structure, departments & internal processes
- Coordinating between reception, nursing, doctors & accounts
- Ensuring seamless patient flow and documentation
Patient Counseling & Coordination
- Explaining treatment estimates and billing structure to patients/attendants
- Assisting patients in understanding insurance/TPA processes
- Supporting patients during admission & discharge procedures
- Handling sensitive financial discussions professionally
Management Support Role
- Assisting management in operational improvements
- Coordinating with vendors/associated persons (if required)
- Handling commission/pay coordination where applicable (as per management guidance)
- Contributing ideas for hospital growth, branding, and efficiency
- Maintaining confidentiality in all financial and operational matters
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Experience in hospital billing / TPA handling preferred
- Knowledge of HMIS software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Financial accuracy and accountability
- Professional conduct and trustworthy personality
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Management / Healthcare Administration preferred)
Experience: 2–4 years in hospital billing/TPA preferred
