Job description :
We are looking for a responsible, patient-focused, and organised Floor Coordinator to join our IPD team.
The role includes managing daily floor operations, coordinating between departments, supporting patients and relatives, handling billing and discharge processes, following up on patient feedback, and ensuring NABH standards are followed.
Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (experience in hospital operations preferred)
Job in details:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day activities of the IPD floor
- Be a supporting hand to all patients and their relatives
- Follow up on patient feedback and ensure service improvement
- Handle complaints of patients and relatives in a polite and professional manner
- Coordinate and support patient billing and discharge processes
- Ensure smooth patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Coordinate between doctors, nurses, housekeeping, security, billing, and support staff
- Monitor patient comfort, safety, and service quality
- Ensure staff follow assigned duties and timelines
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability
- Conduct regular ward rounds to check cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Ensure infection control practices are followed
- Maintain daily floor documentation and reports
- Follow hospital policies
- Support NABH standards
- Report incidents, complaints, and non-compliance to HR/Admin

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
