Job Description:

Conducts training programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff, focusing on skills, compliance, and patient care standards. Their responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials, and performing audits to improve employee skill sets

Qualifications:

Bachelors / Master Degree preferred

Experience range : 5+ Years

Previous experience as Hospital Trainer with Soft skills, Departmental, OJT.

Strong knowledge with Employee Engagement activities & Training activities.

Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
