We are looking for a Hospital Manager who can lead our operations efficiently, maintain service excellence, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring quality patient care and staff efficiency.
• Coordinate between medical, administrative, and support departments for seamless service delivery.
• Manage hospital budgets, financial planning, and cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and safety standards.
• Supervise staff performance, recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with doctors, patients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare periodic reports for management review and performance analysis.
• Handle patient complaints and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and modernization of hospital operations where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and medical operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.

Preferred:

• Experience managing Ayurvedic, Multispecialty, or Wellness hospitals.
• Ability to handle crisis management and team motivation effectively.
• Knowledge of government healthcare schemes, insurance, and patient billing systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
