Hospital Manager – Ayurveda & Siddha

Location: Udumalpet

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years (Healthcare/Hospital Management, preferably in Ayurveda, Siddha, or Traditional Medicine Sector)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ayurveda & Siddha hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration, patient satisfaction, compliance with healthcare regulations, staff coordination, and supporting the hospital’s growth with high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall hospital operations, including administration, patient care, housekeeping, pharmacy, and front office services.

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nursing staff, and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor patient satisfaction and implement service improvements.

Ensure compliance with AYUSH, NABH, and healthcare regulations applicable to Ayurveda & Siddha hospitals.

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and expense control for hospital operations.

Oversee inventory management of medicines, herbs, oils, consumables, and equipment.

Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Handle staff recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.

Work closely with the marketing team to promote hospital services and wellness programs.

Prepare regular MIS reports for management on operations, revenue, and patient care quality.

Submit daily work updates to management and maintain all records systematically.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of hospital operations management.

Experience in Ayurveda & Siddha or AYUSH-based hospitals preferred.

Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage budgets, reports, compliance documentation, and records.

Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in hospital management (experience in Ayurveda, Siddha, or AYUSH sector preferred).

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
