Hospital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Marketing Executive to support the hospital’s growth by building strong relationships with consultants, doctors, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on increasing patient footfall through doctor referrals, new consultant tie-ups, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new consultant doctors across various specialties to expand hospital services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external doctors (GPs, specialists, clinic owners) to generate consistent patient referrals.
• Develop strategies to increase referral business through regular follow-ups, updates, and service support.
• Visit clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical practitioners to introduce hospital services and benefits of association.
• Act as a liaison between referring doctors and hospital departments to ensure smooth coordination and patient care.
• Maintain a database of referral doctors, consultants, and their activity status.
• Organize CME programs, doctor meets, health talks, and networking events.
• Conduct presentations and marketing pitches to consultants and medical professionals.
• Track and analyze referral patterns, generate periodic reports, and propose improvement strategies.
• Monitor competitor hospital affiliations and industry trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
