Hospital Marketing Representative

We are seeking a results-driven and personable Hospital Marketing Representative to promote our healthcare services, increase patient referrals, and build lasting relationships with physicians, clinics, and community organizations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with high-quality medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the hospital’s services and programs to physicians, healthcare providers, and the community.
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with medical offices, clinics, and other potential referral sources.
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources and community partners to maintain visibility and ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and attend community outreach events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing and business development teams to create targeted campaigns.
• Track outreach efforts, referral patterns, and provide reports on marketing performance and ROI.
• Educate external stakeholders about the hospital’s specialties, capabilities, and patient referral processes.
• Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional service to referring providers and patients.
• Identify new market opportunities and help implement strategic initiatives to grow patient volumes.
