Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospital Operations Manager (Arabic Speaker) to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hospital functioning, operational excellence, and adherence to healthcare standards, while fostering a patient-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hospital operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance hospital performance, patient safety, and staff satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Act as the primary liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hospital or healthcare operations management within the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, DOH/DHA/MOH policies, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, patients, and external partners.
