Hospital Operations Manager – Arabic Speaker

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospital Operations Manager (Arabic Speaker) to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hospital functioning, operational excellence, and adherence to healthcare standards, while fostering a patient-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Lead initiatives to enhance hospital performance, patient safety, and staff satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Act as the primary liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in hospital or healthcare operations management within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, DOH/DHA/MOH policies, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, patients, and external partners.
