Hospital Pharmacist

• Medication Management: Procuring, storing, compounding (making specialized medicines), testing, and dispensing drugs.
• Patient Care: Reviewing patient charts, monitoring drug effects, preventing errors, counseling patients on discharge, and participating in care rounds.
• Clinical Collaboration: Working with physicians and nurses to select appropriate drugs, dosages, and administration routes, and checking for drug interactions.
• Drug Information: Serving as a resource for other healthcare professionals on medication-related issues.
• System Oversight: Managing the hospital's formulary (list of approved drugs) and ensuring quality control.
• Education & Research: Training staff and students, and participating in clinical trials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
