Position: Hospital PRO – Marketing Department
Location: Horizon Prime Hospital, Thane
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, relatives, corporates, and referral doctors.
• Represent the hospital in patient support, community engagement, and marketing activities.
• Support branding, promotions, health camps, and outreach initiatives.
• Handle patient feedback, concerns, and grievances professionally.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient services and satisfaction.
• Assist in generating leads, increasing patient footfall, and enhancing hospital visibility.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Hospital Administration or Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a PRO in healthcare, hospitality, or marketing (hospital experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
