- Arranging hospital admissions both OP and IP
- Providing referrals about Our hospitals to others
- Scheduling appointments for medical tests and lab work
- Updating patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Welcoming patients: Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone
- Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments in person or by phone, and keep patients on schedule
- Answering questions: Answer routine questions and provide comfort and support to patients
- Maintaining records: Maintain patient records, accounts, and insurance information
- Directing for payments: Collect co-payments or payments for services rendered
- Assisting with forms: Help patients fill out insurance forms and other patient records
- Communicating with staff: Inform medical staff when a patient has arrived or is waiting
- Maintaining a clean environment: Keep the reception area clean and calm
- Using technology: Use practice management software, patient portals, and other technology to manage scheduling and interact with patients
- Maintaining confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient and doctor's information
- Ordering supplies: Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed
- LANGUAGES : Tamil and English is mandatory. Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu is preferred
