Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Register patients and verify personal and insurance information.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient service.
- Collect co-payments or fees and issue receipts as required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist in maintaining and updating patient records in the hospital system.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and direct patients appropriately.
