Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate physicians trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our expanding inpatient care team in the Coachella Valley. This position includes the option for outpatient clinical work for those interested in maintaining continuity of care. Physicians will work in a collaborative and supportive environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage the care of hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, adhering to medical coding standards.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving hospital practices and patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Engage in quality improvement activities within the hospital setting.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and teaching skills
