Position Summary:

CarePoint's Hospitalist Division is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our busy hospital medicine service at Wesley Medical Center and Woodlawn Hospital in Wichita, Kansas.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.

Hospitalist Schedule and Workload:

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling, including the standard 7-on / 7-off model (variable options available).
• Shifts: 5a-5p (days), 5p-5a (nights), and 5p-11p (voluntary swing).
• Commitment: twelve shifts/month minimum (full-time) or seven shifts/month minimum (part-time).
• Typical Volume: Rounds on 18-20 patients daily. Performs 2-3 admissions daily.

We offer a competitive annual salary (Currently $350k), with eligibility for a production bonus as well as a signing bonus. You'll be on a 3-Year partnership track for equal ownership in the group. We prioritize provider well-being with a Provider Wellness Program and Paid Parental Leave. We provide a manageable workload supported by excellent infrastructure and staff. Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage and free in-house legal support, is provided.
