Hospitality Aide (1:1 Resident Companion)

The Greens at Lincolnton is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Hospitality Aides.

In this role, you will provide one-on-one supervision and companionship for residents who require close observation to ensure their safety and well-being. This is a non-clinical position and does not involve providing hands-on patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and wants to make a meaningful difference in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one observation for assigned residents
• Ensure residents remain safe and comfortable
• Engage residents in conversation and companionship
• Report any changes in behavior or condition to nursing staff immediately
• Document observations as required
• Follow all facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Ability to remain alert and focused throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable attendance
• Experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required
