Hospitality Butler/House Manager

A warm and dynamic executive couple is seeking an experienced Hospitality Butler/House Manager to take the reins of their household so they can simply enjoy more time together. If you have a high Martha factor, love animals, and thrive on being the person who makes everything run seamlessly behind the scenes, this role was made for you.

You will oversee all aspects of a beautifully run home including vendor management, serving, laundry, light cleaning, and admin and tech support. The couple shares their life with six adored pets (two dogs and four cats), so a genuine love of animals is a must, as you will be their trusted caretaker when the couple is away.

This is a life of changing seasons and beautiful properties. The couple spends six months in Palm Desert with additional homes in the Hamptons and Delaware. You will open and prepare each home ahead of their arrival and travel between properties to care for the pets and keep everything guest ready year-round. Desert season will keep you beautifully busy while summers offer a more relaxed pace, though travel remains part of the role throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Household management and oversight of all daily operations
• Vendor coordination and management
• Formal and informal serving
• Laundry and wardrobe care
• Light cleaning and maintaining household standards
• Administrative duties and tech support
• Pet care for two dogs and four cats
• Travel between properties in Palm Desert, the Hamptons, and Delaware
• Opening and preparing homes ahead of client arrival
• Hands-on maintenance and general household repairs
• Errand running and personal assistance as needed
• Caring for pets during client travel
• Drive the principals, family, and guests with the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and safety

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm with flexibility.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000, to commensurate with experience. Benefits offered.
