
Hospitality Construction Manager

Job Description:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to hospitality-specific construction standards.

Supervise and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver projects within schedule and budget.

Monitor progress, address site challenges, and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.

Review engineering submittals, material approvals, and construction methodologies for compliance and efficiency.

Propose technical solutions to optimize construction methods and renovation workflows.
-
Ensure full compliance with safety and security regulations.
-
Manage project handovers, ensuring all units and facilities are delivered to hospitality quality benchmarks.

Resolve client-related snags in coordination with Quality Control and Customer Service teams.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

9-11 years total professional experience in construction field
-
4–6 years of experience in Hospitality Projects

Proven experience with new hospitality construction projects is a must; experience with renovations and refurbishments is highly preferred.

Strong technical expertise in construction methodologies and project execution.

Knowledge of local building codes, regulatory requirements, and hospitality-specific compliance standards.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Professional English and Arabic Written and Spoken.
