Hospitality Coordinator (Receptionist) - Private Medical Practice

Sheperd Integrative Dermatology is hiring Front Desk Receptionists to join our Mt. Pleasant-based Hospitality Team!

As part of our Hospitality Team, this position will maintain our core values and provide patient care services including, but not limited, to the following:

• Welcoming and registering all practice patients with appropriate forms, photos, consents
• Maintaining communication between the Hospitality Team and the Clinical Team to manage appointment flow and schedule
• Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, updated and securing protected health information
• Communicate with patients across multiple platforms including telephone, patient portal and Klara messaging

This full-time position is Monday-Friday, 32-40 hrs a week, day shifts only (no nights, weekends or holidays). Compensation varies and is based on experience.
