Hospitality Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial consolidation and reporting across multiple properties within the region. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Manages regional consolidation and financial reporting.
  • Standardize financial policies and templates across all properties.
  • Supports internal audit and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinates with property-level finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Reviews monthly P&L statements in detail and identify spending strategies.
  • Ensures all hotels follow USALI standards and a uniform chart of accounts.
  • Balance sheet review and cash management.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to review processes and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 5–8 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of USALI standards and multi-property financial consolidation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
