Job Summary

The Butler is responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality service to villa residents and guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism. The Butler oversees guest comfort, coordinates household services, and ensures smooth day-to-day villa operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist villa owners and guests
• Provide personalized VIP service at all times
• Coordinate food and beverage service
• Arrange table settings and formal dining service
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and wardrobe care
• Manage guest requests efficiently and discreetly
• Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, drivers, and maintenance staff
• Prepare guest rooms and common areas before arrival
• Organize travel arrangements and concierge services
• Monitor household supplies and inventory
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of residents
• Ensure luxury presentation standards throughout the villa

Qualification Requirements
