Job Summary:

The Hospitality/Floor Manager plays a hands-on leadership role on the restaurant floor, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. You’ll serve as the key liaison between the front-of-house staff, the culinary team, and guests—championing excellence in every detail of the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and inspire FOH team members to deliver warm, attentive, and elevated service.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues gracefully.
  • Monitor daily operations with a sharp eye for detail—from table presentation to service timing.
  • Support the GM in implementing systems and processes that drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
  • Uphold and model all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Identify opportunities for service or operational enhancements and participate in strategic planning for growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant.
  • Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • High emotional intelligence with a natural ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and service standards.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
