Responsibility of Hospitality Manager

The role of a Hospitality Manager is to lead a kitchen team and deliver excellent

service. Managers must ensure it runs smoothly, stays clean, hygienic and delivers

consistent customer satisfaction. They are responsible for driving company

culture, setting service expectations and overseeing daily operations.

 Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Building Customer Relationships.

Customers can be overseas customers, domestic HNI or normal visitors.

 Responsible for training current team members on basic ettigutet, serving

and presenting things.

 Handling housekeeping & kitchen Employees Issues & Conflicts

 Planning different guest options & Maintaining Food Quality

 Managing Inventory & Ordering Supplies

 Maintaining Environmental, Food Safety & Sanitation Practices

Candidate Profile

 Minimum 3 years of experience in any Restaurant.

 Good English to talk to international clients

 Very presentable

 Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset

 Well behaved and cultured

 Working days : six days a week, office time : 9.30am to 6.30 pm

 Sunday Off.

 Mumbai staff approx : 80 people,

Fixed salary + leave +Bonus + Medical Insurance
