Experience Required:

• Minimum 5–7 years in Hospitality / Guest Relations
• Prior experience in handling premium clientele / international guests is preferred

Working Days: 6 days/week
Start Date: Immediate
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Industry: Hospitality / Luxury Services
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC: 4.80LPA to 6LPA
Languages Required: English, Hindi. Japanese is a plus.(Multilingual proficiency required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-groomed female Hospitality Manager with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will warmly welcome clients, assist them in the absence of the Fashion Consultant, and ensure they have a seamless and memorable experience at anantam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly upon arrival.
• Assist and guide clients to the Fashion Consultant.
• Provide information about designers, collections, or services as needed.
• Gather and record customer feedback in a professional manner.
• Create a luxurious and welcoming environment in the store.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in Hindi, English..
• Maintain high grooming standards and a positive attitude at all times.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Uphold the brand image and ethos of anantam.

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only.
• Must have a pleasing personality, be well-spoken and presentable.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities: Hindi & English are mandatory; Japanese is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
