Summary Overview: Hudson Creative is a boutique digital marketing agency with over 13 years of proven success working with top restaurant and hospitality brands – with clients including NYC Tourism & Conventions, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Union Square Events, Wolfgang Puck Companies, The Dinex Group, Restaurant Associates (R/A), and LDV Hospitality. Our experienced team shares a passion for driving measurable business results for our clients through a mix of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

We are hiring an experienced Hospitality Marketing Manager to help drive strategic growth for our marquee accounts, and nurture these relationships to support company growth. The successful Hospitality Marketing Manager has a proven track record of leading client strategy with an equal balance of digital marketing fluency. The candidate must have previous experience in an agency or hospitality environment. This person will also be the main point of contact to key client stakeholders – ensuring that our capabilities support their business needs to foster long-term relationships and yield positive results.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Own

  • Client relationship ownership - serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing partnership growth.
  • Account strategy & performance direction — Own the development and evolution of digital marketing strategies that align with each client’s business objectives, ensuring campaigns are positioned to drive measurable growth and long-term success.
  • Cross-functional campaign leadership — Lead collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time, remain on-brand, and consistently meet agreed-upon performance goals.
  • Performance reporting & strategic recommendations — Own the reporting cadence for each account, translating campaign data into clear business insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps for clients and internal teams.
  • Client communications & meeting leadership — Lead all recurring client meetings, including agenda development, performance reviews, strategy discussions, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum.
  • Account growth & revenue expansion — Proactively identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through upsells, expanded scopes, and new revenue streams that align with client goals.
  • Project kickoff & workflow alignment — Own the onboarding and kickoff process for new initiatives, ensuring internal teams are aligned on scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Profitability & account health — Partner with agency leadership and operations to ensure client accounts remain profitable, strategically positioned, and structured for sustainable long-term growth.
  • External partner management (as needed) — Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, freelancers, and strategic partners to ensure quality execution and seamless integration into client deliverables.

Must Haves:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree - marketing, advertising, communications, business or similar field
  • Previous Digital Marketing Experience - 3+ years of experience in a manager role, specifically in an agency environment or hospitality group
  • Proven Client Success - 3+ years experience growing client accounts at a hospitality group or marketing agency
  • Strong Communicator - ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders based on trust and accountability
  • Avid Learner - has a deep understanding of digital marketing channels (i.e. paid advertising, social media, SEO) with the desire to develop a deeper knowledge.
  • Independent Thinker - ability to troubleshoot and navigate complex problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management - hyper organized and can quickly shift between different tasks
  • Analytical Mindset - strong business acumen and working with data – you are comfortable working with spreadsheets to analyze data and build insights
  • Eye for Design - you can recognize brand narrative in visual assets, and clearly communicate this narrative when evaluating new creative
  • Technologically Curious - adept with common technologies like Claude, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack – as well as digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, etc.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
