We’re looking for a hospitality maven — someone who’s excited to move between the café, bar, and kitchen and be part of a small, collaborative team. This is a dynamic, all-hands role for someone who likes variety, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.
No two shifts look exactly the same here, and that’s part of the fun.
What you’ll do:
- Float between bar, café, and kitchen to keep service running smoothly
- Welcome guests, take orders, and navigate the POS with ease
- Craft high-quality drinks
- Prepare simple, thoughtful picnic-style food
- Run food and drinks with warmth and attention to detail
- Keep spaces clean, stocked, and inviting
- Wash and reset dishes and glassware
- Help keep an eye on pars and inventory levels
- Follow all alcohol, health, and safety standards
- Jump in where needed to support both front and back of house
- Open and close with care and consistency
Some shifts may lean fully kitchen or bar, while others will be a mix — flexibility is key.
Schedule:
- Initial shifts: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings (3 PM–close, ~10:30–11 PM)
- Opportunity to grow into additional shifts over time
Pay & Perks:
- $14/hour + tips (Tips are split evenly among the on-shift team; Typically adds ~$8–12/hour)
- One free N/A shift drink
- 30% off food & beverages
- 40% off retail items (excluding wine)
- 20% off retail wine (21+)
- One free wine/vine class per quarter
- Paid WSET training after 90 days
Who you are:
- Warm, positive, and reliable
- A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable in both guest-facing and kitchen environments
- Curious about food, coffee, and/or wine
- Able to stay organized and keep your cool during a busy service
No resume? No problem — come by, introduce yourself, or reach out directly. We’d love to meet you.
