Experienced Hospitality Recruiting Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Houston, TX (Remote/Hybrid Considered)

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Recruiting Manager with a proven track record of recruiting and retaining employees for luxury and upscale hotels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of hospitality recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for 4-star and 5-star hotel properties
  • Strong ability to attract, hire, and retain:
  • Housekeepers
  • Housemen
  • Laundry Attendants
  • Extensive network within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Must provide professional references

Compensation & Benefits

  • Part-Time Position
  • Starting Salary: $35,000 per year
  • 10 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) annually
  • Paid Holidays
