Revenue Management
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve monthly and annual financial targets.
- Set dynamic pricing and manage room inventory across all channels.
- Analyze demand trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns, and market conditions.
- Maintain rate parity and optimize channel mix to reduce cost of sales.
- Use RMS/PMS tools to update rates, restrictions, and forecasts.
2. Sales Management
- Lead the sales team in driving corporate, MICE, travel trade, and group business.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and client visits.
- Negotiate contracts, group rates, long-stay agreements, and corporate deals.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts, OTAs, DMCs, and travel agencies.
3. Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for occupancy, revenue, ADR, and segment performance.
- Create detailed revenue and sales performance reports for management.
- Conduct business reviews with key accounts and provide strategic recommendations.
4. Distribution & Marketing Collaboration
- Manage relationships with OTAs, GDS partners, and distribution platforms.
- Work closely with marketing on promotions, digital ads, and campaigns to boost demand.
- Ensure online content accuracy across brand website and third-party channels.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coach and guide the sales team to meet revenue and sales targets.
- Collaborate with reservations, front office, and operations to align on forecasts and strategies.
- Provide training on revenue management best practices and sales techniques.
