Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve monthly and annual financial targets.
  • Set dynamic pricing and manage room inventory across all channels.
  • Analyze demand trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns, and market conditions.
  • Maintain rate parity and optimize channel mix to reduce cost of sales.
  • Use RMS/PMS tools to update rates, restrictions, and forecasts.

2. Sales Management

  • Lead the sales team in driving corporate, MICE, travel trade, and group business.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and client visits.
  • Negotiate contracts, group rates, long-stay agreements, and corporate deals.
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts, OTAs, DMCs, and travel agencies.

3. Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for occupancy, revenue, ADR, and segment performance.
  • Create detailed revenue and sales performance reports for management.
  • Conduct business reviews with key accounts and provide strategic recommendations.

4. Distribution & Marketing Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with OTAs, GDS partners, and distribution platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing on promotions, digital ads, and campaigns to boost demand.
  • Ensure online content accuracy across brand website and third-party channels.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Coach and guide the sales team to meet revenue and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with reservations, front office, and operations to align on forecasts and strategies.
  • Provide training on revenue management best practices and sales techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
