Job Summary:
The IRLO is seeking a professional, high-energy Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of our operation. This is a unique role that manages a diverse mix of Short-Term Rental (Hotel) guests and Long-Term Rental (Apartment) residents.
The ideal candidate is a master multi-tasker who excels at customer service and can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to assist our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a professional and welcoming attitude, providing high-touch service for both travelers and long-term tenants.
- Manage digital, phone, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Systems Management: Utilize Guesty (PMS) to handle check-ins, check-outs, and administrative scheduling for hotel guests. Utilize Buildium (PMS) for tenants.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise records using our specific internal coding to ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and efficiently while balancing the different needs of hotel guests and permanent residents.
Requirements:
- Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is strictly required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or residential property management preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Guesty , Buildium or similar Property Management Systems (PMS) is a major plus.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to pivot between "hotel-style" hospitality and "apartment-style" resident relations.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
